Our tour
guide, Brian, explains to Jeff how they plan production for
the various parts of the instrument.

Now we
start to put the pieces together.
The side
pieces are taken from the climate controlled storage room
and are bent to the proper shape. The double bender at left
will bend both sides of the guitar at the same time. The mold
on it now is for a dreadnaught shape.
This
single bender is used for special requests or to fill a gap
in production.
After
the sides are bent, the clamps are used to keep the sides
in shape and get ready for the next step.
