The finished product!

Next, we visited the climate controlled wood storage area. This is where the wood goes after it is kiln dried. Much of the early production work is stored here too. For instance, necks, fretboards, tops, backs, and sides are cut, glued, and/or stored until they are needed for specific instruments.

At left is a top that has been marked for cutting.

This machine is used in gluing tops and backs. On the machine now are rosewood backs.

They use this turning devise so that each item can be clamped individually without touching and so that air can get around them.

Fretboard blanks made to a standard size and then fitted to the guitar.

Mandolin neck blanks.
